Jessi Ceiri

Jessi is a NASM certified personal trainer, Original Hot Yoga Instructor, Yoga Foster kids yoga instructor, Level One Thai Body Work Therapist, RCAA certified running coach and the Executive Assistant at Evolve Wellness in Bel Air, MD.
As a trainer, Jessi has a passion for helping people incorporate fitness into their lives in a way that works for them. She believes that everyone can fit strength and mobility training into their routine, and she enjoys building workout programs for clients that incorporate strength, balance and cardio to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness. Jessi believes in balance, rest and listening to your body. She also feels that combining physical fitness with personal development is the best way to fall in love with yourself.
At Breathing Dragon Yoga in Harbor Point, Jessi teaches 75 and 90 min Original Hot Yoga classes. She has her 300 hour certification and loves the challenge that hot yoga offers mentally and physically.
Jessi is trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, having completed a level One Thai Bodywork Certification taught by Francisco Morales Bermudez, which enables her to conduct comprehensive 90-minute sessions. She is skilled in various massage techniques, assisted stretching, and energy line work, all complemented by her knowledge of breath-work and meditation. Jessi’s expertise also includes a solid grounding in the history and principles of Thai Massage, enhancing her approach to holistic bodywork and self-care practices.
As a runner, Jessi has run everything from Girls on the Run, 5ks, and several marathons. She has eight years experience in coaching athletes for 5k, 10K, half and full marathon distances. Coach Ceiri believes in an approach that combines several days of strength training with several days of running to get you to the start (and finish) line healthy.
Jessi is a former elementary school PE teacher and works at Loyola University during the day. She enjoys reading, watching reruns of FRIENDS, and pizza. You can catch her on the couch with a book and her two dogs most evenings.
