Saturdays are for long runs together! Each week will vary so we can train for hills and flat. -

Weekly check-ins on Strava & email. I will keep you accountable and encourage you throughout your training journey. -

Long Runs
Depending on which running plan you choose, long runs can be with our group or on your own! I will help you find a route long enough for you
