Run Club

Run Club is for you if you are looking to build consistency with your running without training for a specific distance or race. You get the benefit of friends to run with twice a week with optional workouts to do on your own.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Group Runs
    Saturdays are for long runs together! Each week will vary so we can train for hills and flat.

  • Accountability
    Weekly check-ins on Strava & email. I will keep you accountable and encourage you throughout your training journey.

  • Speed Workouts
    Maximize your efforts through sustainably increasing your speed so that you can feel and see results by your race day!

  • Strength Workouts
    Build muscles to support your body as you increase distance and create a sustainable lifestyle.

  • Personalized Plan
    whether you are a seasoned runner, coming back from an injury, or just starting, we will craft your run plan around whatever race day you have in mind!

  • Long Runs
    Depending on which running plan you choose, long runs can be with our group or on your own! I will help you find a route long enough for you
